For Mola Mola Beachwear it is important that our clients are satisfied and happy with their purchase. Ordering online can be difficult - especially when it comes to buying swimwear - In the event that you are not satisfied, you have the following options:

-Following the recommendations of the national government, the products and their packaging will be treated with cleaning and disinfection measures to guarantee a reliable and safe product. For this reason and consequently the returns of products already sent will have strict steps, this to maintain a safe prevention in cases of contagion of the Covid-19 virus. Merchandise at regular prices:

If you would like a refund for your regular priced item, PLEASE CONTACT ana.dangond@molamola.com.co for instructions on how to return your merchandise. Please do not send the item back without sending an email to info@molamola.com.co Returns will be accepted within 14 days upon customer receipt of merchandise. You will be granted a full refund credited to the same account as your purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted. In the case of an exchange, another shipping fee will apply, if applicable.


Merchandise sale:

All sale items are final sale. Swimsuits that have been applied some kind of discount is considered a final sale and cannot be exchanged. Accessories such as Wallets, Cosmebag and Cosmetic Bags can be returned, complying with the requirements • They must not have been used, washed or damaged. • They must keep the original label • They must be returned in the original packaging • The purchase invoice must be presented • Promotional items or items purchased in the “Sale” section have no change.


Defective merchandise:

If the merchandise is defective, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise, and we will replace the defective item if it is still in stock. Additional shipping fees will be waived for replacement items on defective merchandise. It is important to note that all merchandise is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment for any damage. If merchandise appears to have been tampered with, no replacement or refund will be issued.
